Daisy1 - ADOPTED Daisy supposedly was a stray turned into a mid MI shelter. It was later learned that Daisy was actually turned in by the owner’s husband while the owner was away on vacation. Heartbroken when she learned the truth, the owner nonetheless surrendered Daisy to shelter staff. A foster mom with LDDR saw Daisy featured on the Shelter’s available list and requested permission from LDDR to foster Daisy. Permission granted…adoption successful! Today, Daisy, now known as Daisy Grace, is the joy of her adoptive mom. The family saw Daisy on LDDR’s website and drove all the way from the TC area to meet her. The family has wanted a miniature schnauzer for a long time and tried to adopt several times before from various rescues, but another family always got the dog there were interested in. They weren’t going to let that happen this time. Daisy Grace shares her new home with a canine companion. Daisy Grace’s adoptive mom says she is so sweet and cute, and her wholes family is enjoying her. Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
