Description:
Meet Juno!! She is a beautiful Husky with pretty blue eyes and very soft fur. She loves to be around her foster family  and participate in their activities. She loves to enjoy her time outside and playing in the yard. She also doesn't mind spending some time snuggled up on the couch. She does have some " unique" places that she likes to relax like on the back of a couch and under the bed. Juno has a lot of the Husky personality including "talking" to her people.

Juno shares a home with three cats that she does occasionally  like to chase. She does like to chase squirrels, rabbits, and field mice outdoors. A home where she could have a fenced in back yard would be great for her as she does like to chase small animals. Juno does have some food aggression, and needs some minor leash training. Juno also has aggression towards other dogs, and is working with a trainer on this. After adoption, she would need to continue this training so that she can learn to get along with other dogs in the future.  Please fill out an application to meet Juno:) !!

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.

The  petfinder.com  system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
