Description:
Bailey was born on June 16th 2013. He is believed to be blind in one eye due to a cat scratch at a young age. Bailey would do best in a home with a respectful child who would like a best friend, or a nice couple with respectful grandchildren.

Bailey was raised with 4 kids and seems to love them except a teenage boy aggravated him and so Bailey can't stand to be squeezed or restrained because of this! He would do best in a calmer environment as he does not care for alot of commotion around him. He is a cuddler, he gives kisses and loves to play as well. Bailey loves car rides and barks at the wipers to protect you from them coming in to get you!! Lol. He does not however like to be left home alone so if that should happen he does need to be crated while your not home! This is a must, Bailey will leave a trail letting you know how upset he was while you were gone!! Otherwise he has not messed in the house, he has not chewed anything and he sticks right by your side. Bailey will not work for an apartment or a duplex due to his crying when you leave him.

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.

The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
