Description:
Hi I am Latte. I was a bandoned on state land in the winter, with nothing and then picked up and put in a shelter where I sat as I was scared there. I am a beautiful fawn color with some highlights of darker brown. I am considered to be a medium breed and will not gow any taller so I am NOT tall I am short just below your knees. I am fun and playful and good with other dogs. I am shy at first but, now I am in a foster home so I am sure I will get more comfortable being out of that shelter. I love to follow my new foster mom especialy when she is handing out treats which I take very gently. I alot of time wil sit right by her side and put my head on her lap it feels so good to have someone rub me. I am house trained and crate trained. I am new to the rescue and my foster home so my foster mom will add more as she gets to know me more but so far I am the PERFECT house guest. Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label. Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption.
