Description:
Hi, I'm Elvis! I am a very lucky puppy! Someone...I'm not naming names...dumped me on the front lawn of someone's home...and guess what?! The person who lived there is an animal rescuer! I was scooped up and taken in to stay cool and safe. They looked around for who might of lost me...but we both knew I didn't get lost. They heard a rescue was planning to take a couple other pups around my age and thought Hey, Elvis needs some siblings. So I am heading to a rescue named Last Day Dog Rescue and will have a couple friends to play with as I wait for my new someone to discover me that will love me forever and ever and ever. They say I'm a  beagle...not sue what that means. But I do like to play and sniff around a lot. I think I would like to go to puppy classes so I can learn to be the best possible beagle there ever was! I hear people really like pups that sit and stay and give paw. They also LOVE it when I go potty outside. Where I am now with my temporary foster they give me a treat to eat every time I potty outside. Hhmmm guess they like making more poop fast? Anyway, I soon will be all ready for a forever home and can't wait to meet my new forever people! I play so well with the other pups in my foster home. I hope you like to cuddle because I sure love to be held! My new awesome foster mom will share more details with you when we get better acquainted...but don't wait! Apply for me now...I'm a cutie!

Applicants that are willing to enroll their puppy in obedience classes will receive  preference

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.

The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
