Hi, let me introduce myself, my name is Xavier, but I have been called Buddy for the last couple of years. I have had a great life living with my Dad, but I am now living with my new Foster Mom due to the fact that my Dad is in the Military and is being deployed. I wish I could go with him, but of course I cannot do that :-( But my new "Mom" insists that she will find me a new family to love and they will love me back and take care of me.
I am house trained, crate trained, love to go for walks and just hang out. Why don't you come over for a visit and we can get to know one another? I would really like that. As you can see from all of my pictures I am a very cute guy :-) and love to play and have a good time and then of course take a restful nap.

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
