Description:

This handsome boy has such a sweet soul! While he may come off as a little nervous and unsure at first, he quickly warms up. He loves people and gets very excited when meeting other dogs so he will need someone who can handle his strength because he is a pretty big boy. When he isn't intently watching out the window, he's quietly napping next to you on the couch or under the table at your feet. He is still a younger dog and he loves playing soccer with his basketball and going for walks! He handles nice on the leash and we are working on him waiting before crossing streets, which he is picking up very quickly! He rarely barks, but he does pant and drool a bit when he gets nervous and in the car (he also has such a pretty, soft brindle coat that he can get hot quickly). When we leave, he gets a little anxious, but generally does ok as long as things like shoes, pillows and other interesting things to chew on are put away :) Come and meet this awesome guy!

*Harrison is part of Fg Litter

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.

The  petfinder.com  system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
