Description:
Please email Kristin, Rambo's foster with any and all questions, Lilkris888@hotmail.com Thank you! 4/7/11 Update We went to the vet today and got our second round of shots and rabies. Come to find out we are a little older that we thought as my brother got his first 2 adult teeth! Mine should be coming in any day now...I now weigh 24 pounds and am an extremely happy puppy. I get a long with everyone and am still looking for my forever home!!
3/23/11 Update After having the brothers for awhile I now can see their personalities coming through! Rambo is more calm and looks towards his brother for direction. He has extra long floppy ears that Rocky likes to tug on to get Rambo in a playful mood. He thinks he is bigger than he is, when he hears a dog bark outside he must respond with his cute little bark too! He is a big baby and when you are rubbing his belly or giving him attention he will let out a faint whine to say thank you and show you how much he enjoys it! He is taller than Rocky and is so cute when he frolics around with his toys, he likes to bat at things with his long legs like a cat! He enjoys the plush toys and to play tug-of-war with his brother! They are now crate trained and potty trained as well! It would be wonderful if these boys could get adopted out together and live their lives with one another!!
3/18/11 Update Rambo went to the vet and got his first round of puppy shots. He is 12 pounds and is very underweight, he will definitely be larger than his brother. He is more calm out of the two, he likes to play with his brother more so than people, but he definitely enjoys attention and praise. He is so adorable when he lifts up those huge Dumbo ears when he is curious about something! Meet the Dobie brothers ! Rocky and Rambo are from a litter of doberman pups who were left behind. They have spent the two months of their short lives locked in a room with mom and siblings . They were found scared , very skinny and malnourished . They will be available to responsible and loving homes only after we make them healthy and beautiful again. Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by.Other Pictures of Zb Litter - Ramb - ADOPTED 04.23.11 (click to see larger version):
