Description:

Bessie is a purebred beagle girl that is 3 years old. She was saved out of one of our Michigan shelters who still sell their animals to research labs! She was turned in by her owner because she did not like to hunt. She gets along fine with other dogs and cats. She does not seem to like kids, but we are working with a behaviorist to find out why and what we can do about this.
