Description: This is little Julius he was found wandering and lost on a dirt road upnorth being so small he is very fortunate he was not attacked by coyotes! He had one solid mass of matted fur all over his body so we had to shave him down as this was one thick blanket covering his whole body and he had to have been been very uncomfortable! After a shave down and bath we discovered a very happy and playful little boy. He loves to snuggle and stay by your side so be ready to have someone to sit and watch TV with you and go for fun walks together . Julius is fine with other dogs and wants to play. Juilius weighs almost 10 lbs, is about a year and a half and he is waiting for your lap! The last picture is before we shaved him. ADOPTION FEE IS $350.00 A Note from Last Day Dog Rescue: This wonderful dog is just one of many in our care right now. Your sponsorship will help us provide shelter, food, vetting and tender loving care for our dogs until they find new loving homes. Adoption fees do not cover our expenses, so your sponsorship will make a positive impact on our organization and especially on our dogs well being. We are not a chapter or affiliate of any national animal organization. We are, moreover, very grateful for your generosity. Please click to sponsor this great dog! Thank you! *DISCLAIMER: We at Last Day Dog Rescue cannot and do not guarantee breed or age of its dogs/puppies listed with us for adoption. We depend on opinions from shelter staff and veterinarians among others to provide us with their best assessments regarding both breed and approximate age to the best of their ability. *PLEASE NOTE: We rescue our dogs from shelters and pounds. Most often we do not have background or history information on them. In the event any information is given to us, we will include that in the dogs profile.
Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by.Other Pictures of Julius ~pending (click to see larger version):
