Description:

Hi! My name is Bianca, and my foster mom say's I am as sweet as they come. I'm just a baby, so my personality is still developing, but so far I have a lot of it! I'm a brave little girl and approach life with curiosity and confidence. I would love to play with the 40lb resident dog, but he's instituted a pretty strong "don't touch me" policy (which I largely ignore, so foster mom has to always watch). I'm a typical puppy and love to chew on anything, including you! I've been told that with proper redirection and patience I will eventually not use humans as chew toys, but this needs to be taken into consideration if there will be children in my new home. I may be little, but I have a lot of puppy energy and I'm looking for a family whose excited to take me for walks and play with all my toys with me! When I'm not chewing on you or my toys, I like to curl up and nap on your chest or in your arms. I LOVE to be with my people, and will follow you everywhere and sit on your feet while you get ready in the morning (it's funny how many times my foster mom has lost me because she didn't feel me sitting on her feet. I'm just so little!). We're working on crate training, which I don't like. But my foster mom says it's really important for me to learn, so that I have a place of my own, and don't develop separation anxiety later in life. Right now I still cry a lot when I'm alone (including through the night because I'd rather be in the bed with you), but I'm improving everyday, and with consistency and patience I'll have nailed this crate thing in no time. Because I'm still a very little girl, and I was separated from my litter at a young age, proper socialization and obedience training will be vital to allow me to develop into a well-mannered dog. For that reason, families who agree to take me to obedience classes will be given strong preference. If you think you've got room for a little dog with a lot of heart, fill out your application today!

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal.

Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed.

The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label.

Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by.
